  • We offer free standard shipping for orders above ₹2,000 within India.

  • For orders below ₹2,000, shipping charges will be added at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within India.

  • Express Shipping: Usually delivered within 2-3 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, the delivery address, and any unexpected delays.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we are offering shipping only within India.

  • We may offer international shipping in the future, and we will update our shipping policy accordingly.

6. Order Tracking

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number via the courier’s website.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or international locations (except where specified).

8. Missing or Damaged Items

  • In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at grafftee01@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos of the damaged item.

  • We will either send you a replacement or offer a full refund for the damaged product.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • We cannot modify shipping addresses once the order has been dispatched.
