1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at grafftee01@gmail.com or call us at +91 7449629789 with your Order ID.
After 6 hours, or once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Cancellation by The Grafftee
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
Unavailability of the product.
Issues with payment processing.
Inaccurate or incomplete order information.
Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4. Important Notes
No cancellation requests will be entertained once the order has been shipped.
Customized or personalized orders are non-cancellable once placed.
